Simple ingredients with an awesome flavor! Ingredients:
3 avocados |
1/4 cup roma tomato |
1/4 cup red onion |
1/4 cup cilantro |
1 lime, juiced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients to your desired chunkiness and blend together with a fork until reached consistency (some like it chunkier, some like is smoother ), cover tightly and chill for at least one half one hour before serving. More or less salt, pepper and garlic powder may be added according to taste. Serve with tortilla chips (or veggie sticks for a healthier fare). |
