Classic Fettuccini Alfredo

Rich creamy alfredo sauce over pasta.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
12 ounces fettuccine-style brown rice pasta
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. In saucepan, melt butter medium.
2. Add garlic, cream, pepper, & salt, and bring to simmer. Do not allow to boil.
3. Add cheese & simmer 8 minutes until thickened.
4. Bring 5 qts water to boil. Add pasta.
5. Cook paste per package directions & drain.
6. Spoon pasta onto individual. Pour sauce over each and top with shredded parmesan.
