This is one of the Easiest, and the Best Pumpkin pies ever! This is the only pumpkin pie my family wants me to make! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 -9 inch pie crust |
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs lightly beaten, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix together with electric mixter until well blended. 3. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then decrease oven tempurature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for another 30 minutes. (about 1/2 through the baking time, you might want to add some alum. foil around the edge of the pie crust to protect it from getting too well done. 4. Let cool ~ and serve with whipped cream, or ice cream. Enjoy! |
