1 lb ground chuck |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 green pepper |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans |
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon cumin |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground chuck, onion, peppers, and garlic. 2. Add beans, tomatoes, and chiles. Heat through. 3. Add tomato paste and spices. Add water to reach desired consistency. 4. Simmer until ready to eat. |
