Simple and healthy Ingredients:
3 tomatoes, on vine |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil |
2 chopped garlic cloves |
6 ounces sourdough bread (4 slices) |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes and remove seeds. 2. Add Basil and Garlic. 3. Brush Olive Oil over sourdough. 4. Grind salt and pepper over bread. 5. Broil till Brown. 6. Serve bread with tomatoes. |
