3 -4 parsley sprigs |
1 small bay leaf |
1 large fresh thyme sprig |
1 piece celery (about 3 inches long ) |
1 -2 leek, strips |
Directions:
1. Make ingredients into a bundle with the herbs on the inside . 2. Lightly tie with white string. 3. Leave a long enough tail to tie to the handle of the pan for easy removal at the end of cooking. |
