Classic Bisquick Coffee Cake |

Always a winner with a cup of coffee on Sunday morning. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2/3 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/3 cup bisquick |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. 2. Grease 8 x 8 square pan. 3. Stir all cake ingredients in medium bowl. 4. Spread in pan. 5. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl (cut in butter with a fork). 6. Sprinkle topping of cake mixture. 7. Bake 18-22 minutes, or til golden. |
