Ingredients:

60 ml margarine

250 ml heavy cream

2 ml salt

2 ml pepper

1 -2 ml nutmeg

250 ml parmesan cheese

10 ml chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Melt butter in the cream.
2. Bring almost to the point of boiling and whisk in seasonings and cheese.
3. Pour over drained fettucine, cooked.
