1 plum tomato |
2 tablespoons canned minced clams, drained |
1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish |
lemon wedge |
Directions:
1. Cut tomato in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. 2. Place 1 tablespoon of minced clams in each tomato half. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon horseradish and a squirt of lemon juice. |
