Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
8 ounces italian sausage, chopped |
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice |
1 (10 ounce) can baby clams |
garlic-flavored croutons |
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan with oil, saute garlic, sausage and mushrooms. 2. Stir in tomatoes, clam juice, and clams. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Spoon into bowls; top with garlic croutons if desired. |
