A great idea for a barbecue appetizer Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 lemon |
3 fresh clams per package |
salt |
butter |
white pepper |
parsley, roughly chopped |
white wine |
Directions:
1. Place 12-15 clams on a piece of 8” x 8” foil. Top with a garlic, lemon zest, dash of salt and white pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Sprinkle clams with lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoon white wine. 2. Fold up foil into packets. Repeat so everyone has a personal packet. 3. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. |
