This is an easy-to-make warm clam dip served with crackers. Ingredients:
3 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup butter |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
1 cup dry bread crumbs |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Combine the clams, lemon juice, onion, butter, pepper, and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl, and stir until blended. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, and sprinkle the top with Cheddar cheese. Bake until the mixture is bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve warm. |
