My mom always used to make us rice with cream of mushroom soup in and I love it, but I decided to try something a little different the other night and it actually turned out pretty good! Ingredients:
minute rice or regular rice whichever you prefer |
1 can of clam chowder soup |
splash of milk |
Directions:
1. Make rice according to package. 2. Stir in can of clam chowder soup (you may need a couple cans depending on how much rice you made) 3. Add a splash of milk depending on how thick or thin you want it 4. Continue to stir over low heat till heated through. 5. Goes great with green beans and warm dinner rolls! |
