Made with low sodium broth, lots of vegetables, and just a little chicken Ingredients:
4 oz chicken meat, roasted |
1 cup carrots, sliced |
1/4 cup leeks, sliced |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 cups broth, low sodium |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put everything into a saucepan and bring to a boil 2. Reduce to a simmer 3. add fresh parsley and herbs to taste 4. Simmer for 20 minutes |
