spicy beans with crunchy vegetables and cheese Ingredients:
1 cup pinto beans, cooked without salt |
1/2 cup salsa |
2 tablespoons minced green pepper |
2 tablespoons minced red onion |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
3 tablespoons cheese |
Directions:
1. Mash the pinto beans with the tines of a fork. Stir in the pepper, onion, salsa and hot sauce. Spread the cheese on top. Microwave for one minute. Serve with tortillas or raw vegetables. |
