1 1/2 cups chickpeas, cooked |
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced |
1 onion |
1 tbs olive oil |
4 cups spinach, raw |
1 cup cauliflower, chopped |
Directions:
1. saute the onions in olive oil 2. add garlic 3. season with garam masala or curry powder 4. add all the other ingredients 5. simmer covered until vegetables are tender |
