This is probably the most asked for drink we make. Its the best for a hangover and also makes a great drink early in the day ;-) or anytime for that matter. It makes a gallon so be prepared to share. We serve them with a stalk of celery and a skewer with an olive a cheese chunk and a pepperoni chunk. We don't make them very spicy because everyone likes different levels of heat. You can always add more heat to your glass. If you like them hot use peppered vodka or just up the dashes of hot sauce. We call it a meal in a glass, with a kick. (I've also occasionally added lime juice, a lime wedge or even horseradish to these, based on customer request.)
Ingredients:
3 (32 ounce) bottles clamato juice
8 beef bouillon cubes (disolved in 2 cups of water)
2 1/2 cups vodka
25 dashes celery salt
20 dashes hot sauce
25 dashes worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Unwrap bouillon cubes and place in water. Microwave about 2 minutes. Stir until dissolved.
2. Mix dissolved bouillon and all other ingredients in 1 gallon pitcher. (I recommend a pitcher with a very tight sealing lid that you can shake vigorously.).
3. Chill for at least an hour.
4. Fill glass half way with ice.
5. Pour drink over ice and garnish as desired.
6. Drink responsibly.
