Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter |
8 ounce(s) canned green chilis |
1 tablespoon(s) chicken bouillon |
2 whole(s) chicken breasts, boiled, shredded |
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
12 whole(s) flour tortillas |
1 whole(s) medium onion |
3 cup(s) shredded cheese |
1 can(s) sliced olives |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
2 1/2 cup(s) water |
1/3 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Cook onions in butter. Stir in flour and bouillon, add water. Stir till thickened. In separate bowl, mix chicken, chili powder, 1 c cheese, 1 c sauce and olives. Divide mixture into tortillas, with a spoonful of sour cream and roll up tightly in place in a large pan. Pour sauce over all. Cover with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 25-40 min. |
