Yummy healthy oatmeal cookies!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
2 medium bananas
5 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Cinnamon and nuts are optional.
2. Mash bananas and oil together in another bowl
3. Mix all together. Drop by generous spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
