Very different and very tasty. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiled rice |
3/4 cup yellow corn meal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lard or butter |
3 eggs |
1/4 cup sweet milk |
Directions:
1. Combine rice and cornmeal and stir until light. 2. Add salt, butter, eggs and milk. 3. The rice must be mixed into the meal while hot. 4. Bake at 350 in muffin tins or pan until desired doneness. |
