Ingredients:
1 tablespoon red wine |
1 orange, zest of |
1 tablespoon honey |
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt |
1 pinch ground cinnamon |
2 -3 ripe figs |
2 teaspoons pistachios, chopped to garnish |
Directions:
1. Put the red wine, orange zest and honey into a bowl. 2. Whisk in the yogurt and ground cinnamon. 3. Quarter the figs and divide them between 2 bowls. 4. Pour the yogurt mixture around the figs in each of the bowls and sprinkle with the pistachios to decorate. |
