A little sweet, a little tart - the perfect compliment to a spinach salad! And it's pretty too! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ; (approx. juice of 1 lemon) |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice ; (approx. juice of 3 limes) |
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar |
1 clove garlic ; minced or pressed |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
black pepper ; to taste |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously. Let stand 30 minutes before using to blend the flavors. 2.
