2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons flax seed oil |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
6 cups spinach |
1 can drained mandarin orange |
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion |
garlic-flavored croutons |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients until blended. 2. Toss salad ingredients. 3. Toss with remainder of ingredients. |
