I made this for an appertizer for an event for 2 nights went down great Ingredients:
shrimp for 100 people (20 pounds) |
16 cans mini shrimp drained and washed |
8 oranges, peeled & chopped |
2 cans green olives, drained & sliced |
cilantro chopped finely |
salt & pepper |
few drops of hot pepper sauce |
phyllo cups or homemade wonton wrapper cups |
Directions:
1. mix all the above ingredients together and chill in fridge and when ready to serve put into a phyllo cup |
