2 lbs scallops |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup onion, thinly sliced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste) |
1 orange, thinly sliced |
1 lime, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Place scallops in oil in large skillet until opaque and tender. 2. Place in a deep glass bowl, layering them with the garlic and onion. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over scallops. 4. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. |
