Citrus Sauce for Citrus Sections (Michele Urvater) |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1 1/3 cups orange juice |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup orange liqueur |
grapefruit and orange sections |
Directions:
1. Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled citrus sections. |
