Ingredients:
3 oranges-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments |
3 lemons-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments |
2 grapefruits-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments. |
1 tablespoon chopped serrano peppers |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
2 tablespoons chopped shallots |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your favorite fish. |
