This salsa looks so sunny. It is yummy with steak, chicken, or fish. It is good for scooping, too. Ingredients:
2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped lemons |
2 tablespoons chopped limes |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
1/2 teaspoon lime zest |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Slice your meat or fish and serve over it. 3. Have extra in a bowl. |
