5 roma tomatoes, finely chopped |
1/2 small onion, finely chopped |
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon mexican oregano |
1 dash fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 dash chili powder |
1 dash cumin |
1 dash red pepper, crushed |
1 dash garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill. Use a slotted spoon when serving. 2. Serve with fish. |
