Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained |
1/3 cup canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained |
1 medium tangerine, peeled and coarsely chopped |
2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream alternative |
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted |
2 teaspoons flaked coconut, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; spoon mixture evenly into 2 serving dishes. Combine sour cream, sugar, and orange juice concentrate; spoon mixture evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut. |
