The is Day 15: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can use regular grapefruit if you prefer, or use any combination of citrus fruit to suit you. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 125g grape tomatoes. Ingredients:
425 g pink grapefruit, segmented |
280 g oranges, segmented |
1 lime, segmented |
60 g strawberries, quartered |
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice |
200 g skim-milk fruit-flavoured yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine fruit and juice in medium bowl. Serve topped with yogurt. |
