Olives are always a great addition to an appetizer buffet, and these are enhanced with a bit of orange zest. Serve with breadsticks and roasted almonds. Ingredients:
1 pint (2 cups) oil-cured black olives |
1 tablespoon grated orange zest (from 1 large orange) |
Directions:
1. Place the olives in a serving bowl and toss with the zest. Set aside at room temperature for at least 1 hour. |
