A great sauce for dipping spring rolls and egg rolls. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
4 tablespoons sesame tahini |
2 scallions (minced) |
1 lime, juice of |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 teaspoon brown rice syrup |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat; cook 3-5 minutes, or until warmed. 2. Serve sauce in individual bowls for dipping either warm or chilled. |
