Ingredients:
1 (24-ounce) jar red grapefruit sections |
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2/3 cup jicama, peeled and matchstick-cut |
Directions:
1. Drain red grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Combine juice, mint, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Add grapefruit sections and jicama; toss gently. |
