Another one from Rick Stein's Fresh Foods Cook time is freezing time. Ingredients:
1 orange, chopped into chunks, still with the skin |
1 lemon, chopped into chunks, still with the skin |
1 lime, chopped into chunks, still with the skin |
Directions:
1. Place fruit on a tray and put into the freezer for at least 4-5 hours. Use them in place of ice cubes to chill drinks. |
