Substitute limes or oranges for the lemon, and try out other herbs. I eat the peels, but you don't have to. Ingredients:
1 4 oz+raw boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 lemon |
3 tbspn, or 1 sprig rosemary |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly wash citrus and herbs. Slice citrus into 1/4 slices, and separate herb leaves from stems if necessary. 2. In large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Saute citrus and herbs until nicely browned and soft, flipping citrus slices as needed. You may need to cover the pan. 3. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into slices. 4. Add chicken to pan and saute until nicely browned and cooked through. 5. Serve alone or with rice. |
