Use to dress seafood or chicken, as well as vegetables. From The Volumetrics Eating Plan. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until blended. |
