Good dressing to use with a salmon potato salad and then sprinkle chopped green onions over top. i used one can of salmon, red bliss potatoes, and snap peas... you could add lettuce and substitute asparagus for the snap peas. Ingredients:
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil |
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (1 small lemon) |
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill |
1 tsp grated orange zest |
1/2 tsp minced garlic |
1/2 tsp kosher salt |
freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and pour over salad. |
