Citrus Delight Gelatin Salad |

This is a wonderful side dish! I have made this twice, given some to several of my neighbors, and the general consensus is that they all love it! It's almost a dessert!! Now, there's an idea! It's better to make this in the morning of the day you want to serve it. Overnight is always better, for me anyway with Jello. Cooling time is cooking time. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavor gelatin |
1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin |
8 ounces bottle 7-up |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
0.5 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme |
0.5 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (small) |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
2/3 cup chopped nuts |
1 (13 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Bring 7-Up to a boil and pour over gelatins.
2. Mix well to dissolve gelatin. Cool.
3. Add cream cheese and blend. Blend in the whipped topping.
4. Add salad dressing and marshmallow creme, blend.
5. Mix in pineapple with juice.
6. Add nuts and mix inches Pour into an 11 x 7-inch pan.
7. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
