Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous
1 orange
1/2 ounce sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Rehydrate couscous in water according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Fluff with a fork. Add sections from orange and almonds. Sprinkle couscous mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black ­pepper; toss.
