Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous |
1 orange |
1/2 ounce sliced almonds, toasted |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Rehydrate couscous in water according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Fluff with a fork. Add sections from orange and almonds. Sprinkle couscous mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper; toss. |
