You can use any melon in this recipe Ingredients:
1/2 melon, cut to fit tube |
1 cup hulled fresh strawberries |
1 inch gingerroot |
1 orange, peeled |
1 grapefruit, peeled |
1/4 cup natural yogurt |
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional) or 1 tablespoon finely ground almonds (optional) |
Directions:
1. Using a juicer, process all ingredients except yogurt and wheat germ or almonds. Pour into a glass and whisk in yogurt and wheat germ or almonds. |
