I share this refreshing punch recipe with people who visit our apple cider mill, says Carolyn Beck of St. Johns, Michigan. It's perfect for autumn and holiday gatherings. Ingredients:
1 gallon apple cider, chilled |
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed |
1 medium lemon, sliced |
4 spiced apple rings |
Directions:
1. In a large punch bowl, combine cider and lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices and apple rings. Yield: 25 servings (4-3/4 quarts). |
