2 medium squash, winter, acorn |
1/2 cup water |
1 lb chicken breast |
2 medium onions |
2 stalks celery |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves |
1 tbsp orange peel |
Directions:
1. cut acorn squash in half, scoop out seeds 2. place cut side down in 1/4 water 3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes 4. stir fry all remaining ingredients 5. stir in orange peel |
