Two very wonderful butters. Lemon Parsley is great on fish, chicken or meats. Orange is so good on muffins or scones. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon onion, minced to taste |
2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 cup butter |
1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate |
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated |
Directions:
1. For either butter: in a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy & well mixed. Cover & refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. |
