1 teaspoon grated lime rind |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice |
Directions:
1. Stir rinds into boiling water; pour through a wire-mesh strainer. Drain on paper towels. 2. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add juices, beating until blended. Stir in rinds. Chill. |
