Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Directions:
1. Stir rinds into boiling water; pour through a wire-mesh strainer. Drain on paper towels.
2. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add juices, beating until blended. Stir in rinds. Chill.
