We enjoyed this at the sushi bar at the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. We liked the lemony flavor and that it had lots of champagne so it stayed bubbly. Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces citrus-infused vodka (absolut citron) |
1/2 ounce chambord raspberry liquor |
4 -6 ounces champagne (fill to the top) |
lemon peel |
Directions:
1. Add Absolut Citron and Chambord to a champagne flute. 2. Fill to the top with champagne. 3. Garnish with a lemon twist. |
