Ingredients:
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
2 tablespoons salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 (4-ounce) tuna steaks |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice concentrate, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt in a small bowl; rub evenly over both sides of fish. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 2. Bake at 400° for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
