Citrus and Black Bean Salad |

I got this recipe from a neighbor. or My DIL swears that this is better if let sit a while at room temp. Sometimes I add grilled chicken or turkey, serve it on a bed of field greens and call it dinner (lunch). Ingredients:
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned |
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned |
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1/2 avocado, sliced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Serve. |
