Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts ketchup (recommended: heinz tomato ketchup) |
3 tablespoons ancho chili powder |
3/4 teaspoon finely chopped orange zest |
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Serve as a dipping sauce for wings, fried shrimp, and other fried appetizers. Use as a sandwich spread for burgers, fried chicken, or fish sandwiches. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 2.
