Citrus dressing for vegetables. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/3 cup oil |
salt |
white pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir 1/2 tsp of salt int the lemon juice until dissolved. 2. Slowly beat in the oil a little at a time. 3. Season to taste with ground white pepper. 4. Toss dressing with prepared vegetables. |
